FBPO was founded during the global shift brought on by the pandemic, at a time when businesses needed reliable operational support more than ever. What began as a small, focused operation quickly evolved into a structured BPO model built around quality, people, and long-term partnerships.
Today, we support companies primarily in the United States and Canada, operating globally with teams across Latin America and the United States, while maintaining strong operational leadership and standards.

2020
The Beginning
FBPO was established during the pandemic as a response to the growing need for remote operational support. From day one, our focus was on structure, accountability, and delivering consistent service in a fully remote environment.
2021–2022
Building the Right Model
As demand grew, we refined our approach: hand-picking agents, implementing supervision, and aligning our workflows with North American standards. This period defined our commitment to quality, reliability, and seamless integration with client operations.
